Due to the pandemic, serving seafarers has become more important than ever. There is a growing humanitarian crisis because they are being denied shore leave and crew changes in many parts of the world. When they arrive in Montreal, we are present for them, assisting with practical, spiritual and advocacy needs. Recently, a seafarer wrote, \u201cThank you guys so much not only for bringing us commodities and edible goodies (and a keyboard for worship – before signing on, I wouldn’t even have dreamed about having such a luxury on board!), but more for bringing us God’s love and hope!\u201d Thank you for choosing to be a part of our work and for sharing the love of Jesus with seafarers who are often unseen and marginalized. You are following in the footsteps of Jesus! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
